 o Cause of Detention

  - Fire drill

    Crew were not familiar with essential shipboard procedures relating to the safety

    of the ship. The crew were unable to perform a satisfactory fire drill. Crew failed

    two attempts to perform fire drill as evident by unfamiliarity with procedure to

    attack a fire, donning of fire fighter clothes with communication tools, communication

    between crews, fresh air control, operation of the BA and fixed fire-fighting equipment.

  - Escape trunk in E/R

    Escape door in ECR was heavily fractured. And door frame had a big gap.
