 o Cause of Detention

  - The pneumatic closing system of the incinerator door and the stop switch and 

     indicator not working.

  - Engine command telegraph from the bridge does not work.

  - There is objective evidence that the company and the crew with responsibility

    in the engine area not guaranted the maintenance of the ship and equipment 

    according to the items mentioned above.
