1. From calendar year 2019, each ship of 5,000 gross tonnage and above shall collect the data(fuel oil consumption, distance travelled, hours underwaty, etc) as specified on the approved SEEMP Part II.

2. Annual collected data shall be reported to the Administration or Recognized Organization by the end of March of every calendar year and each ship should keep the 'Statement of Compliance' onboard which is issued after the verification by the end of May.
