You are kindly informed that this society was authorized from the Hong Kong Government to issue the Bunker Convention Certificate to Hong Kong registered ships on behalf of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with effective from 19 May 2010.
In this regard, please be informed that an application form in relation to the Bunker Convention certification for the vessels of the Hong Kong in registry can be downloaded herewith.
Especially, It should be further informed that issuance work of the Bunker Convention Certificates would be implemented at the Class Register and Record Team for some time, but it may be also possible to issue the certificate at the KR branch offices in the future.

Please complete this form and submit it with the copy of a valid blue card via e-mail(i.e. pdf format) or post mail no later than 30 days prior to the date when the certificate is required.

* Fee :
A Bunker Convention Certification would be charged a fee of one Visit together with a post expense. For your reference, one visit is charged with US$ 232, and a post expense such as copy, communication, postage and etc, should be charged at the rate of one percentage of total fee. However, the post expense cannot be exceeded to US$ 30 in a certain case(ex. DHL service).
