With regard to Focused Inspection Campaign(FIC) which will be implemented in Australia from 15 January to 30 March 2022, you are kindly requested to check relevant items taking the following instructions into consideration.

 1. Topic : Planned Maintenance

 2. Period : From 15 January to 30 March 2022

 3. Special consideration :

   A. FIC is focused on deficiencies that were identified in Australia during 2021. 

   B. Therefore, we request you to thoroughly prepare for PSC on major PSC items

       including FIC items to prevent ship's detention considering that PSC detention is

       concentrated at the end and beginning of the year.

Considering the above, you may refer to attached AMSA document and relevant checklist.
