The new logo expressed as a blue circle is inspired by the sea and by KR’s new vision promising our customers prosperity, growth and the best service for a better world.
The company name ‘KR’ is placed inside the circle to represent the intermediate role of a classification society that we will create harmony to bring together the interests and needs of stakeholders across the maritime industry and around the world.
Cobalt Blue, the Identity Color of Korean Register, expresses the hearts and minds of KR who loves the sea and the ship, showing a challenging and dynamic feel.
Space Regulation
Space regulations are to define the minimum spaces that must be separated from other elements to maintain the formative characteristics of the word mark, and space above the space regulations must be ensured when applying the symbol mark.
