KR-SteelCoil(Strength Assessment for Steel Coil Loading) Program

KR-SteelCoil is an easy-to-use program to assess the strength of double bottom structures in a variety of steel coil loading conditions.
It has been developed to calculate the steel coil loading conditions not included in the Loading Manual.

This program has been developed based on the following rules.

  • - KR Rules & Guidances 2016
  • - Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers (CSR)
  • - Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers (CSR-H)

  • - Strength evaluation for One and Multi-Case steel coil loadings.
  • - Possible to identify the result at a glance.
  • - Print function of formatted documents.
  • - Various functions for convenience such as sectional property calculation for stiffeners,
    Data loading/unloading(insert) function at each module/ Initialization of data etc.
