KR adopts nonscheduled recruiting program a year around to employ outstanding
individuals at anytime and anywhere.
The official recruitment process is conducted once a year.

Submitting job application letter
If the applicant is eligible for the basic qualification standard on job posting, it is possible to apply to our recruitment without any limitation in age, gender,
and nationality.
Pre-screening
Review the submitted document whether the applicant is eligible or not to the duty specified on job posting.
Interview
To select fit person, we use various interviews such as majoring field assessment, language(English) fluency, and executive interview.
- Major assessment : Appraise the interviewee on their major and the duty in depth.
- Language(English) fluency : Appraise the interviewee's language skill needed for doing the duty.
- Executive interview : Appraise whether interviewee is eligible for KR's value and culture through the employee's personality, attitude and culture-fitness.
Medical checkup
Take medical checkup at examination facility nominated by KR, and it takes about 1 week to get the result from the facility.
Employment announcement
Notify the information on the employment status and other information needed to be acquainted before joining KR.
