The Directive 2009/15/EC and the Regulation (EC) No 391/2009 on Common Rules and Standards for Ship Inspection and Survey Organisations came into effect on 17 June 2009.
This Society issued this Circular (effective from 1 Jan. 2017) for application to the equipment fitted on ships as defined in Article 2 of the Regulation(EC) No 391/2009
OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL.
Equipment applied according to this Circular are actually limited to the products mentioned in the Technical Requirements of Annex of this Circular.
