KR has hosted the 27th ISO regular seminar at the KR headquarters in Gangseo-gu, Busan.
The ISO regular seminar is held annually to provide clients with the latest information on ISO management system certification services and to express KR’s gratitude to its clients. About 90 people attended this year’s seminar, which was accessible in person and online.
The attendees welcomed KR’s presentations on highly topical subjects which included discussions on the sustainable development of the company, the introduction of ESG, ESG management and the role of ISO management system.
The Kangnam Corporation, Dongjin Shipping, Mirae Industries Co., Ltd, Scanjet Macron Co., Ltd and Korean Adjusters & Surveyors Corporation were presented with appreciation certifications for their excellent ISO standard activities.
The general manager of KR’s system certification center, Changmu Im, said: “KR is striving to strengthen its clients’ competitiveness through professional certification services which are based on our technical expertise accumulated through our ship inspection experience. As these industries are particularly interested in introducing ESG management systems this year, we will actively assist our clients to achieve their ISO management system certification and will offer them the best certification services such as ESG management diagnosis evaluation and sustainability report verification.”
