2. (2020-68) Notifcation about inspection point of OSAKA PSC Authority in Japan

 
Recently, KR Kobe office had a regular meeting with OSAKA PSC Authority in Japan in order to enhance relationship and for discusstion about PSC matter. During this meeting, PSCO mentioned that below notification in order for ship's owners to prepare PSC inspection.

   1) The inspection point is whether service period of crews is over the maximum period
      of service allowed. PSCO checks the crew list from Ship's agent in advance, and confirms
      service period of crews.

   2) PSCO checks if a check(including company's procedure) for COVID-19 for new joined
       crews was applied.

3. (2020-69) Recent PSC trend

 
It is with regret that we cannot hold a KR PSC seminar this year due to COVID-19. If this situation gets better, we will do it in 2021. Instead, we provide you with the recent PSC trend briefly as attached.
