A Merchant Marine Circular related to the implementation of Reg. (EU) No 1257/2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “EUSRR”) for Panamanian flagged ships calling at port or anchorage of EU member states/EEA countries was published.

In accordance with the circular(MMC-386), ship-owners and operators of all Panamanian flagged ships should apply the issuance of full term SOC on IHM (Statement of Compliance on Inventory of Hazardous Materials) through the web link provided by Panama Maritime Authority.

In this regard, we would like to inform all related concerns of the summary of flag instruction, as attached and ship owner and operators of Panamanian ships calling at port or anchorage of EU member states/EEA countries are kindly invited to pay attention so that SOC on IHM is properly issued by the Administration in a timely manner.
