[2] Notification about increasing PSC detentions in the Russian Federation
We are noticing that the number of detentions has increased in the Russia Federation in 2020. In particular a number of detentions have occurred in the Far East area (Vladivostok, Nakhodka).

 
We have found that PSC inspections are being carried out despite the COVID-19 situation, as normal. We would like to draw your attention to this information and ask you to prepare for PSC inspection and thoroughly secure your SMS implementation.

[3] PSC Trends - 2nd quarter 2020
Please be informed that the PSC Trends for the 2nd quarter of 2020 have been released, and we ask you to take preventive measures as deemed appropriate refering to the report as an initial guidance to avoid PSC detentions and/or deficiencies.

[4] Information for Indonesia Region
Recently, there have been recent surge PSC detentions in the Indonesia region.
※ In the first half of 2020, 3 out of 5 ships have been detained in Indonesia.
In this regards, all vessel and officers are requested to be extremely diligent before entering the Indonesia region.
