On 23 June, KR awarded ISO 22301, an international standard for business continuity management systems to MaeIL Marine Service company, a Korean-based a ships chandler. MaeIL Marine is the first Korean company of this type to successfully achieve the ISO 22301 certification.
ISO 22301, the Business Continuity Management System is a comprehensive disaster management system that can be applied in different stages, identifying potential risks to the organization and preventing, preparing, responding, and recovering from those risks.
In addition to ISO 22301 standard, through the provision of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 3834, 28000 accompanied by the necessary training and education, KR will strengthen the industry’s internal and external business competitiveness in the future.
