With regard to 2019 PSC CIC which will be implemented within Tokyo and Paris MoU regions from 1 September to 30 November of this year for 3 months, you are kindly requested to check yourselves related to them, taking into account the following instructions.
1) Subject of 2019 PSC CIC : Emergency Systems and Procedures
2) Period : From 1 September to 30 November 2019
3) Special consideration :
A. This questionnaire of 2019 PSC CIC has many questions which could be lead to detainable deficiencies.
B. Expecting the most detainable deficiencies happended during PSC CIC period, please keep keen sharp attention to this CIC inspection for preventing ship's detentions.
This is to kindly inform that a presentation material containing a summarising regulations related and detainable deficiency cases found is to be provided for your preparation against this PSC CIC as attachments.
