KR Geoje office held a technical seminar for quality mangers from Samsung Heavy Industries on 10th Oct. During the seminar, various issues including; Sox regulations, technologies for Sox scrubbers, design, operation and surveying were discussed.
The seminar offered an excellent opportunity to listen to our clients while broadening our mutual understanding.

On 11th Oct, KR held the joint technical seminar entitled “How to prepare for ship emission control compliance” in conjunction with Korea Shipowners’ Association. This seminar was intended to prepare the industry for the implementation of IMO DCS and EU MRV.
Valuable information regarding the major issues on the development of SEEMP Part II, the requirements of data verification and guidance for companies on the use of THETIS MRV were presented to the participants.
