 [Qingdao Office] Technical seminar for regional shipping companies

 

 

KR Qingdao office held a technical seminar on 7th Sep for regional shipping companies.

During the seminar, important PSC updates were discussed with the participating companies since there have been increasing number of PSC detention for Chinese flagged vessels entering Japan. Also, the latest industry trends and technical updates on SOx scrubbers were shared with the shipping companies.

The seminar offered an excellent opportunity to listen to our clients while broadening mutual understanding.

 [Nanjing Office] Technical seminar for regional shipping companies

 

 

KR Nanjing office held a technical seminar for six regional shipping companies including the Nanjing Tanker and Hubei Qingtai Corporation. During the seminar, the latest important PSC information was shared with the shipping companies, and a lecture titled “Current PSC detentions in Chinese ports” was given by Mr. Fan, PSC General manager of Nanjing maritime administration.

 [Gunsan Office] Technical seminar for Yeunsoo Heavy Industry

 

KR Gunsan office held a technical seminar at the offices of Yeonsoo Heavy Industry on 28 September. This seminar was intended for quality managers and welders working in the shipyards.

KS B ISO 5817 which covers the quality levels of imperfections in fusion-welded joints was explained and information on WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) was shared with the participants.
