This month, KR provided the following seminars for our clients around the world.

 [Incheon Office] Technical seminar for domestic ferry companies

The KR Incheon office held a technical seminar for quality and safety managers from domestic ferry companies. The core topics were the current updates and changes to the Korean Ship Safety Act and the comparison between the Korean Ship Safety Act and other International conventions. The seminar also offered an excellent opportunity to listen to the voices of KR’s clients, while broadening mutual understanding.

The KR Hull / Machinery Rule Development Team held a technical seminar for Samsung Heavy Industries and DSME on 24th July.

The event covered the latest updates to KR’s rules and standards, KR’s most recent guidance on container securing arrangements and news about the IACS CSR (Common Structural Rules).
