KR has exhibited at BARI-SHIP 2017 (Imabari Maritime Fair) which was held in Imabari, Japan from 25 to 27 May.
Bari-Ship is one of the largest maritime exhibitions in West Japan. Established in 2009, the event is held biannually alongside the Sea Japan exhibition. The event is of interest
to commercial vessel owners, operators, ship managements and shipyards.
KR took part in the event for the first time. The team exhibited its technology, marketing activities and provided technical information regarding certification and ballast water treatment system.
KR attracted attention from shipping companies and manufacturers in Japan, who were keen to discuss technical services and R&D.
BARI-SHIP 2017 was attended by 347 businesses from 17 countries including Korea, China, Japan and Netherlands and showcased up-to-date technology and services to the Japanese market.
The Republic of Korea also exhibited at the event, with 16 businesses sharing the stand, including Busan city and Gyung-nam province.
KR has five offices in Japan including a Tokyo branch and provides clients with excellent services.
