The seminars are one of a range of innovations introduced by the class society to help differentiate KR from its competitors by adding value to its clients’ business.
Ulsan office holds client meeting & technical seminar for Hyundai Mipo Dockyard
(HMD)
The KR office in Ulsan held a client meeting for Quality Management (QM) department heads and a technical seminar on “Understanding the IBC Code” for QM staff working in client services on 7 April 2017.
The meeting included a wide ranging discussion on survey issues as raised by HMD, problem-solving and the exchange of information on related areas.
KR also held a technical seminar on the IBC code for QM staff who conduct on-site inspections, providing useful and essential details.

Geoje Office holds PSC seminar for LNG shipping companies preparing for USCG
inspection
The KR office in Geoje and KR’s survey team has successfully held a PSC seminar for Korea Lines and Hyundai LNG Shipping, covering the necessary preparations for USCG inspection.
KR’s client companies are LNG carriers regularly operating in the U. S. Sabin Pass area. KR provided valuable and useful details enabling it customers to prepare for any USCG inspection.
